The Whiting Bay ladies team got off to a great start against Machrie Bay in the Kiscadale competition over Corrie on Tuesday night.
 
Gill & Lynda won 8 & 6
Charlie & Doreen 3 & 1
 
Well played girls now on to the next game at 4.45pm on Thursday against Lamlash.

Regrettably, due to staff members being stricken by COVID, we will again be unable to hold our quiz this week.
 
We are hopeful however of reinstating it next Friday 15th April.

Sunday 10th April – Bogey Competition

In a change to our published programmes, on Sunday 10th April we will be playing a Bogey Competition – essentially match play against the course – from the white tees. Usual draw at 10am.

*** CLUBHOUSE CLOSURE – QUIZ CANCELLED Friday 1st April ***

 
Unfortunately COVID has struck and one of the clubhouse staff has tested positive. Accordingly the clubhouse will remain closed until Sunday 3rd April which means that the Friday quiz on 1st April will be cancelled.
 
We apologise for this unwelcome development but feel that in the interest of the wellbeing of staff, members and visitors it is the only option realistically open to us.
